Termites in our flowerbed - $700.
Paying a plumber to tell you there is leak under the concrete where your washer meets the pipes - $69 with hundreds more to come.
Trials and tribulations - priceless...

oh yuck! I finally realized where some/most/all of the water rushes into our crawl space... fixing it will not be fun!
We are trying to decide which to fix first... the gutters, which don't work, or the fence, which is falling down... So far, we haven't made a step in either direction :)
Oh no! There's always something, huh? You're not alone....everyone I know has SOMETHING going on right now....a lot of church members, too. Hang in there!
