How many Wills do you have?

Today Aiden and Will had a field trip. We went to Angel Mounds. It is a Native American museum with mounds made by the Indians. I was the parent helper for Will's class and was lucky enough to get to ride the very hot bus. For the most part I stayed with Will's class, but I did spend some time on the walk outside with Aiden. During the bus ride back to school this girl asked, "How many Wills do you have?". I explained that I only have one and that Will has a twin brother in the other 4 year-old class. The boys are in different classes and I think people are just now figuring out that I have twins in different classes. One mom finally asked me last week if they were twins.
Field trips are always interesting. The museum had displays of Indians building the mounds and their homes. The women in the display did not have shirts. One girl asked where their bras were! I think the boys had fun. They got to touch several animal hides and see different weapons and tools that were used by the Native Americans. We might have to take them in the spring when it's warm enough to do the outside part!

Website Updated

For anyone interested, I keep a website for pictures of the kiddos and such. I have recently added pictures from the last three months including more halloween pictures. The website is http://www.freewebs.com/ddenton/.

I also made a tribute to my mother who passed away in September. If you would like to see it, click here.

Enjoy!

Halloween Spooktacular

Boo!!!!!

Halloween fun was had by all this week! We carved pumpkins Wednesday night. We have started a tradition of laughing maniacally in our best evil scientist laugh (BWA-HA-HA!) as we scoop out the pumpkin brains. Riley even got into it this year.

Everybody make a pumpkin face!

Here are the goblins in their costumes. Quinn was a Jedi, Will was Batman, Aiden was Spideman and Riley was a ballerenia. We also had our annual trick-or-treating with the Holm family. Riley really got into it this year! She was pretty pooped out when we made it home.
